We test everything on a synced copy before switching over and schedule the final cutover outside business hours, so most migrations need little or no downtime. The exact window is agreed with you in advance.
Compute and storage are billed monthly for the resources you use. Support is a fixed monthly fee based on scope, and consulting and migration projects are quoted in advance.
