  • Backup and disaster recovery services
  • 24/7 technical support

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal activities
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the agreed-upon pricing plan. Payment is due within the specified billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Level Agreement

Our service uptime guarantees and support response times are detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Serverstock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Serverstock reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
